    Bill of Sale and Puppy Genetic Health Guarantee:

    This contract is legal and binding between My Doodle Darlins   Breeder/Seller and the Buyer. The intent
    of this contract is to protect the Buyer and Seller.

    My Doodle Darlins considers this puppy to be of sound body and good health free of all Communicable
    disease to the best of our knowledge. Validation of this guarantee must be made by a licensed
    veterinarian of your choice. The veterinarian must examine the puppy within 72 hours of the date of
    delivery or pickup of the purchased puppy. Failure to do this causes all contracts regarding the puppy
    to become null and void.

    If within 72 hours of receiving the puppy and he/she is found to be at risk due to a life threating
    congenital defect (existing at birth), owner shall notify breeder and provide a written statement from two
    licensed vets describing the puppy's condition. Breeder will accept the return of the puppy if the puppy
    has not been exposed to infectious disease of any kind the decision is of the sole discretion of the
    buyer. Buyer understands, that all shipping costs to and from Breeder are the Buyer's sole
    responsibility and will not be refunded.

    Breeder will replace the puppy provided that the puppy is in the same condition mentally and physically
    as when originally purchased from the Breeder. The following conditions do not warrant return of the
    puppy:
    Bordetella, worms of any kind, ticks, fleas, mites, coccodia, giardia or other parasites, as they are
    common in dogs and puppies also cherry eye under or over bites. We further guarantee this puppy for
    7 days from the date of purchase against parvo virus, distemper and canine influenza. Breeder is not
    responsible if the puppy contracts a communicable disease after leaving Breeder's possession. Breeder
    reserves the right to refuse the return of the puppy at their sole discretion.

    Breeder guarantees the puppy against any congenital defect causing death of or making necessary
    euthanasia until one year of age. The Buyer recognizes that the puppy is subject to the same problems
    that afflict any dog that abuse and poor nutrition and bad living conditions can also cause the same
    problem .Upon receipt of a letter to the breeder from two veterinarians stating that in his/her opinion this
    condition is congenital puppy will be replaced by a puppy of equal value at the Breeder's convenience.
    If determined that it was caused by abuse or neglect the seller will not be held responsible. I do not
    guarantee hair coat type or color as they change with age also I do not guarantee the size at adulthood
    as this hybrid breed can take back to either side of the parents.

    If any of these conditions listed below are not met this guarantee is null and void.
    1. Vet checked within 72 hours of obtaining the purchased puppy
    2. Buyer must contact seller or a veterinarian at the first sign of puppy distress or illness.
    3. The Guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the puppy only.
    4. In case of sudden demise of the puppy, Breeder must receive a written notice of the puppy's death
    from owner's vet along with necropsy report indicating cause of death.
    5. Buyer agrees to provide Veterinary care at periodic intervals to include regular checkup, deworming,  
    heartworm prevention, and the continuation of the vaccination series already started.
    6. The puppy is fed a good quality puppy/dog food.
    7. The puppy has suitable shelter.
    8. Failure to comply with and provide all documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees.


    The value of the pet for the purpose of this guarantee is solely the original purchase price and does not
    include any additional expenses declared by the Buyer, such as shipping fees, vet expenses, etc.

    This contract shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas Jurisdiction and
    venue shall lie in a court of competent jurisdiction location in Conway County, Arkansas.

    Limitations of Guarantee:
    This guarantee is non-transferable. No replacement shall be given if female has been bred before the
    age of 2 years old. A licensed veterinarian must do all laboratory verifications. The buyer/owner is
    responsible for transportation cost to and from the breeder. The Breeder is not responsible for any and
    all veterinarian expenses or any other expenses accumulated on returned or replaced puppies.

    In and for the receipt of the purchase price set forth below paid in hand to the Seller/Breeder, and
    subject to the Terms and conditions set forth below. Seller/Breeder agrees to sell and Buyer/Owner
    agrees to buy the following animal:
